PERSONAL TRAINING

I became a trainer in 2005 while studying Human Movement at the QLD University of Technology. Over the years, I have worked in various sports and fitness settings with a wide range of clientele. I offer training at two different private studios in Sydney, mobile training outdoors or at your home, as well as online sessions via Google Hangouts. 

Each of my sessions is specifically designed to suit your individual needs and to help you achieve your fitness goals in the shortest possible time.

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY and PERFORMANCE TRAINING 

I’ve become exercise physiologist in 2008 and have been specializing in injury prevention, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and performance training since. I’m a registered Allied Health provider, which means you can claim a rebate for sessions with me via your private health fund or Medicare with a referral from your GP.
